Pom Squad Fitness™ is a vibrant, high-energy dance fitness class that brings the fun of cheerleading to everyone! Participants shake pom-poms (or palms!) while prancing, dancing, and grooving to a mix of today’s hits and classic favorites. Designed to maximize calorie burn (300–500 calories per hour), the classes strengthen and tone the body through a variety of dance styles, including jazz, hip-hop, and pom-inspired choreography. Inclusive and easy to follow, Pom Squad welcomes all fitness levels, fostering a positive, encouraging atmosphere. No prior dance experience is needed—just a desire to move and have fun! Classes, led by expert captains, blend cardio, strength, and flexibility for a full-body workout that leaves you sweaty, confident, and smiling. Pom-poms are optional, but the infectious squad spirit is guaranteed! Join weekly virtual classes or occasional in-person pop-ups.
